Cycling has all kinds of health benefits as helps to develop fantastic lower body strength: your quadriceps, hamstrings and buttocks together with strengthening core muscles while you’re working on keeping balanced.
 

Being a low-impact workout cycling sometimes is an ideal option for those who has any kinds of joints and/or lower back problems.

During the class you will be offered the varied intensity of biking working at a moderate pace on a flat stretch, then pushing harder on an uphill climb, then returning to another less intense flat stretch but maybe riding into the wind this time to  build a strong cardiovascular system.

Riding a bike outdoors in nature setting is one of the most active ways to spend your leisure time effectively.
