CANCELLATION POLICY

24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS.

 

A missed appointment by a Client usually results in a non-productive hour. Although, emergencies, illnesses, work issues arise. Requests for exceptions to the Cancellation Policies under such circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis but Participant is ASKED to reschedule the appointment. 

 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your personal training session, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of your session.

If you miss the scheduled appointment or fail to give 24 hours notice, YOU will be CHARGED for appointment.

 

We will do our best to accommodate your request.  But should we be unable to find an alternative time slot, and the request is placed less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you, the Client, will be charged for the appointment.

 

If you have already cancelled a session and you decide to change your mind, reinstatement of your session will depend on whether the Personal Trainer has already allocated the cancelled session to another client or time slot is still available.

 

Cancellation of the session made by Trainer obligates Trainer to provide additional session to the Client
as extra one even after expiration of valid period.
