Mountain Fitness is calisthenic exercises that challenge your balance, agility and coordination. They benefit muscular and cardiovascular fitness by increasing strength, flexibility and blood circulation. 
 

During mountain training your muscles are hard at work balancing, controlling and moving your body. Mountain workout require you to engage your upper body muscles, as well as your core and your legs - the perfect full-body workout.

Is designed as a recreational zone, locats on the wooded northern slope of Mtatsminda Mount at elevation of 686.7 m above sea level and fed by a small river Varazis-Khevi, a tributary to the Mtkvari (Kura).

 

 

Lisi lake another recreation zone in the vicinity of Tbilisi, Georgia.

Has rocky and arid landscape with shrub vegetation and plots of steppe.

The lake and surrounding area provide a habitat for variety of different species of exotic birds.
